Where do you source replacement parts?
Our replacement parts are from our suppliers across Australia. Two of our main suppliers are situated in Sydney and Perth.
How long does your repair service take?
Repairs or replacements vary from device to device. Screen replacements can take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour or two. This depends on stripped screws, broken internals or other issues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For local repairs we prefer cash but accept both bank transfers and cash.
Why are we cheaper than most businesses?
We are a home based business and do not charge extra for necessities such as rent. We planed our business to help people and not rob them of their money.
